Matt Grasela is a customer experience and post-sale growth executive with experience building and leading global Professional Services, Customer Success, Support, and Enablement organizations for enterprise SaaS companies.

Throughout his career, Matt has helped technology companies transform post-sale organizations from cost centers into strategic growth engines by improving customer adoption, accelerating time-to-value, increasing renewal readiness, and expanding recurring revenue. His leadership spans every stage of organizational maturity—from building functions from the ground up to leading global teams of more than 300 employees and contractors supporting enterprise customers around the world.

Most recently, Matt served as Global Vice President of Professional Services at ON24, where he led worldwide consulting, implementation, customer education, solution architecture, technical account management, and post-sale delivery. During his tenure, he managed a Professional Services organization responsible for more than $30 million in annual services revenue while partnering closely with executive leadership across Product, Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Engineering to improve customer outcomes and operational performance.

Known for combining operational discipline with commercial strategy, Matt has led large-scale organizational transformations involving services packaging, pricing, utilization, forecasting, delivery excellence, customer adoption, AI enablement, and global operating models. His expertise includes Professional Services P&L management, recurring revenue strategy, organizational design, executive operating cadence, customer lifecycle optimization, and cross-functional execution.

Today, Matt is the Founder and Principal of MG-EQ Strategic Consultancy, where he advises SaaS executives and private equity-backed technology companies on scaling post-sale organizations, improving operational performance, and creating measurable business value across People, Process, and Performance.
